Just as every pregnancy is unique, so too are the needs of each individual and family. As the client, you get to choose the approach to care that best suits you. I am here to hold your vision and help bring it to life.
Root Down Homebirth Package ($1200)
This package covers pregnancy through to post-partum. As your doula, I am available as a resource, advocate, and companion to the unfolding of your birthing continuum. This can include 2 hours of childbirth education, homebirth preparation, attending appointments, birth visioning, and gentle herbal allies to nourish and support optimal well-being for Mama and babe. It also includes 24 hour on-call availability from 38-42+ weeks for your birth, unwavering presence during labour and birth up to 2 hours post-partum, as well as 2 post-partum visits to help integrate your new family, and ensure you are well-planted for the days to come.

Welcome Home Package* ($90 x 3 hr visits)
This package is specifically for the post-partum time, and emphasizes your new family nesting together and enjoying the oxytocin flow of that sweet baby smell. I always come with a recipe book full of delicious, nourishing food appropriate for a healing body . I come to help you integrate your new (crazy!)normal with deeper ease, with listening ears and able, experienced hands to tidy your home, rock your babe, or rub your feet and tell you how bad-ass you are for making a wee human. This package also includes your choice of 2 botanical offerings (choose from personally formulated flower essences, teas and salves).

Root Down Always Includes:
-2 individually formulated flower essence remedies, one for pregnancy and one for post-partum, providing gentle support with the normal stress of transition times
-1 handcrafted botanical. Choose from pregnancy tea, lactation tea, sitz bath, belly balm for stretch marks, or bottoms up salve for your babe’s sweet behind.
Root Down Can Include (for a fee):
-30 or 60 minute reiki/acupressure sessions pre-natally or post-partum
-Mother blessing ceremony and meal train preparation prior to birth (doulas are a great gift to ask for instead of baby shower gifts!)
-”Closing of the Bones” rebozo ceremony, as taught by traditional Mexican midwife Naoli Vinaver. A post-partum ritual to honor the rite of passage of birth, and acknolwedge physically and energetically that the birth is now complete. Can be extremely beneficial physically and mentally post-partum.
Welcome Home Bundle* ($500)
Can be purchased as a package of 6 visits of 3 hours for $500. This is an amazing gift to ask for from well-meaning friends and family who want to love you up and would otherwise buy you things you can get second hand from your community or just plain don’t need. It is impossible to over-estimate the value of extra support in the post-partum time, be it in the early days or the many months thereafter.

How we birth leaves an imprint for the generations to come. I feel very passionate about holding space as families make the journey to welcome their children in the manner that is most meaningful and authentic to them.
