Certified Holistic Doula and Homebirth Advocate

Providing intelligent, wisdom-based care to women and families during pregnancy, birth and the post-partum.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve come.

For over 15 years, I have been studying, dreaming, apprenticing, and bearing witness to the ways that our culture takes care, and fails to take care, of life in these times. Nectar is the love-child of my passion for nature and holistic, family-centered childbirth. I am delighted to be offering my services for families interested in exploring an approach to birth based on nurturing, deep intuition, and the genius of your body’s inherent wisdom.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? -Mary Oliver

As an approved doula for the Doulas for Aboriginal Families Grant Program through the BCAAFC, families who identify as indigenous are eligible for full funding for birth and post-partum with Nectar. See https://bcaafc.com/dafgp/ for more information, or be in touch. Thanks to the BCAPOP, I have completed the San’yas Cultural Safety Training for Healthcare Workers as of October 2021.
